Oats corn patties.

Hello reader,
            
           As I promised to you all, here I am with my new breakfast recipe Oats corn patties.


Please note down the ingredients:-

1- Oats                                                            1 Cup (coarsely grounded)
2- Corn kernels                                               1 Cup (coarsely grounded)
3- Onion                                                          1/2 Cup onion (finely chopped)                  
4- Salt                                                              According to your taste
5- red chili flakes                                             1 tea spoon or as spice you want
6- garam masala                                               1/2 tea spoon
7- Coriander leaves                                          1 or 2 table spoon(finely chopped)
8- turmeric                                                        1/2 tea spoon
9- vegetable oil or butter                                   2 or 3 table spoon

Cooking methods :-
   
    1- First of all coarsely ground Oats and Corn kernels separately. 

   2-Now mix grounded oats, corn, finely chopped onion, salt, red chili flakes, garam masala,
      turmeric and Coriander leaves. 

   3-Mix all ingredients well and make patties in shapes u like. 

   4-Now heat a non-stick pan, when it's hot, apply oil and Sallow fry these patties on a low 
      flame.

        Your Oats corn patties is ready. Serve them hot with mint chutney or coconut chutney.
